Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and role.
• Academy operational data: enrollments, attendance, invoices, payments, and payroll records.
• Communication data: messages, call recordings, and transcripts, processed for moderation purposes.
• Progress data: book, lesson, and memorization progress tracked through the built-in Quran reader.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used to operate the Service: running attendance and scheduling, generating invoices, sending notifications, and screening communication for policy violations to protect students.

3. Data Belonging to Minors

Many QuranSuite users are students under the age of majority. Student accounts are created and managed by academies and parents, who are responsible for obtaining any consent required under applicable law. We apply automated moderation to communication involving students specifically to help protect their safety, and flagged content is reviewed by the relevant academy’s administrators.

4. Data Isolation

QuranSuite is a multi-tenant platform. Each academy’s data is logically isolated and is not accessible to other academies on the platform.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and communication infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention & Cancellation

Academy data is retained for the duration of an active subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for a limited period to allow for export, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us to make a request.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the “Last updated” date above when we do.
