Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuranSuite (the “Service”), operated by Crudics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuranSuite is a software-as-a-service platform providing academy management, learning management, and related tools for Quran and Islamic education academies, including Academy Management, Teacher, Parent, and Student portals.

3. Accounts & Roles

Academies are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for the actions taken under accounts they create for their Owners, Admins, Managers, Accountants, Staff, Teachers, Parents, and Students.

4. Children’s Data

The Service is used by minors as students, under the supervision of parents and academy staff. Academies and parents are responsible for consenting to and overseeing a minor’s use of the Service in accordance with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data belonging to minors.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to circumvent moderation, security, or access-control features.
• Do not share account credentials outside of your organization.

6. Billing & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan and billing cycle selected at signup. Academies may cancel their subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our FAQ for details on what happens to your data after cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crudics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
